GW2: Going for 1000 gold – Event chests

Open as many of the Living World chests as you can. The world bosses and dungeons will be there when the event is over, but scarlet’s chests, like the tri-color key chest in Kessex Hills, are going away. And as I’ve mentioned before, those chests almost always have special recipes, mini and other items in them that are bound to go up in value once the Origins of Madness event is over.

Loot them. Loot as many as you can. And a word of additional advice – Loot them, now! This event needs the entire server to complete and once people start losing interest, you won’t be able to do it.

The price of pristine spores continues to decline and so does the price of sigils of torment. I’ve weathered that storm, though, and my stack of gold is back up.
